Gentle Dental Extractions
East Indy Dental Care provides in-house simple and surgical extractions to our patients. Although it is always our goal to help you preserve your natural teeth as long as possible, some conditions may warrant removing the tooth completely, such as:
- Severe fractures
- Cracked roots
- Infection
- Advanced periodontal disease
- Full mouth rehabilitation
Your Comfort Comes First
We aim to keep you completely comfortable throughout your entire procedure. Most extractions are fairly short procedures, although some can be more involved. The area around the tooth is numbed, and other sedation services are also available.
Once we remove a tooth, we will move forward with a tooth replacement therapy such as a bridge. This prevents the other teeth from shifting out of place after the neighboring tooth is gone.
